  • Field : Mixed effects methods and populationnal toxicokinetic/ pharmacokinetic/ pharmacodynamic models applied to the analysis of human or veterinary data.
  • Research topics :
    - Development of exact model evaluation methods for nonlinear mixed effects models :
    GUD method (Global Uniform Distance, pdf,english), VIPER tool (Visual Predictive Extended Residuals, pdf,english)

    - Development of estimation methods for the analysis of multivariate longitudinal ordinal data (multivariate probit models, pdf,english)

    - Application to antimicrobials, anticancer drugs and food contaminants

Teaching

  • Population Pharmacokinetic level-1 Diploma (1 week). A full course on population pharmacokinetic modelling approaches with an exam at the end. Mix of academic and professional course. Click here-> for more information.
